I rarely see him. When I see him, it's just a glimpse. It must be an almost indescribable change for him. He was the heart of the team. In the city that does what we both know it does to everyone in and around the team. Now he's probably relaxed and less stressed but it has to be an adjustment for him. He must miss it so much. I mean that's his North American life; Montreal. I agree that one player can't save one bunch. But his leadership would help. Plekanec' leadership is of a similar type. Leading by example.
